Race Start Times
- From 09:00 – 5 km run + Nordic Walking
- From 15:00 – 10 km run
Mother & Daughter Run
Within the 5 km race, a special subcategory Mother & Daughter Run will again be available. This category supports family bonding and strengthens intergenerational connections through shared sporting experiences.
Bonus:
Flat entry fee of €45 per pair valid throughout the entire registration period.
Registration Process (New System)
- The first participant registers and creates/names the team in the registration form.
- The second participant selects this team during her registration.
- Both participants must choose the same starting corridor if they wish to start together.
Course
Two disciplines:
- 5 km
- 10 km
Both races will use a wave start system to ensure safety, comfort, and sufficient space on the course.
Participants must select their starting wave based on their estimated finish time during registration.
- Each corridor capacity: max. 2000 participants
- If a corridor is full, participants must choose another
- Nordic Walking participants are automatically assigned to corridor D
Final wave allocation will be published by July 31, 2026.
Each wave starts only after the previous wave finishes.
Participants are advised to enter the start corridor at least 10 minutes before start time.
If the number of participants in the 5 km race exceeds 8,000, an additional wave will be opened at 12:00.

- A – under 55 min (pace under 5:30 min/km)
- B – 55–60 min (5:30–6:00 min/km)
15:45
- C – 60–65 min (6:00–6:30 min/km)
- D – over 65 min (over 6:30 min/km)
5 km
- 09:00 – A: over 38 min (over 7:30 min/km)
- 09:45 – B: 34–38 min (6:45–7:30 min/km)
- 10:30 – C: 30–34 min (6:00–6:45 min/km)
- 11:15 – D: under 30 min (under 6:00 min/km)

Registration Changes
- Transfer to another participant possible until August 31, 2026
- Fee €5 for changes after September 1
- No changes on race day
- Bib numbers are non-transferable
Important Rules
- Running with headphones is prohibited (risk of disqualification)
- Each participant competes at her own responsibility
- Individual health insurance is required
Timing & Results
- Chip timing provided by VOS-TPK
- Chip is part of the bib and does not need to be returned
- Results published immediately after the race
Protests
- Must be submitted within 30 minutes after results announcement
- Appeal fee: €10

- Top 3 women overall and in each category receive prizes
- Nordic Walking also awarded

Final Provisions
The organizer reserves the right to modify event details, limit registrations, or cancel the event due to force majeure (e.g., weather, security risks).
In such cases, entry fees are non-refundable, although partial compensation may be considered.
