Race Format
All disciplines will take place in the form of relay races for three-member teams marked as A – B – C. Each team member completes their section of the course according to the respective category.
Children’s Relay
The Children’s Relay is intended for three-member teams. Each child completes their section independently, while the length of the section depends on the respective category. After handing over the relay to the next team member, the race continues until the final team member reaches the finish.
Family Relay / Family Kilometre
The Family Relay is intended for three-member teams consisting of 2 adults and 1 child. The race format is based on the gradual joining of team members on the course. The order in which team members join is optional; it is not mandatory for an adult to start first, followed by the second adult and then the child.
In the Family Kilometre, the first team member starts first. After approximately 300 m, the second team member joins, and after approximately 700 m, the third team member joins. The final section of the course is completed by all three members together, and they cross the finish line together.
Family Relay 3 × 1 km
Each team member A – B – C completes one 1 km lap. The relay proceeds in the following order:
A → B → C
The final team member finishes the race.
Ladies Relay / Hobby Relay 3 × 4 km
The race takes place on a 2 km lap. Each team member completes a total distance of 4 km, meaning 2 consecutive laps.
The relay format is as follows:
- Team member A completes their 2 laps, meaning 4 km continuously.
- Team member B then completes their 2 laps, meaning 4 km continuously.
- Team member C completes their 2 laps last, meaning 4 km continuously, and finishes the race.
In total, each team member completes 2 laps / 4 km.
Royal Relay 3 × 6 km
The race takes place on a 2 km lap. Each team member completes a total distance of 6 km, meaning 3 consecutive laps.
The relay format is as follows:
- Team member A completes their 3 laps, meaning 6 km continuously.
- Team member B then completes their 3 laps, meaning 6 km continuously.
- Team member C completes their 3 laps last, meaning 6 km continuously, and finishes the race.
In total, each team member completes 3 laps / 6 km.
Family Kilometre
The Family Kilometre discipline is intended for three-member teams consisting of 2 adults and 1 child. The race format is based on the gradual joining of individual team members on the course, with the goal being for the entire team to reach the finish line together.
Discipline format:
- The first team member starts and runs independently from the start.
- After approximately 300 metres, the second team member joins.
- After approximately 700 metres, the final team member joins.
- The final section of the course is completed by all three team members together, and they cross the finish line together.

Rules
The race is held according to the rules of World Athletics competitions and the provisions of these propositions. A competitor may leave the course only with permission and under the supervision of a referee, provided that doing so does not shorten the race distance.
A competitor who accepts refreshments outside the refreshment stations risks disqualification. A competitor must immediately withdraw from the race if instructed to do so by the chief medical officer of the event.
Any pacing, including bicycle accompaniment, or any assistance to a competitor during the race by other persons, except for necessary medical intervention by a doctor appointed by the organizer, is considered unauthorized assistance.
The use of headphones during the race is prohibited and may result in disqualification. This is particularly important for the safety of runners and spectators, organizational instructions, interventions and instructions from organizers on the course, and the need to react to the movement of escort vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles of the organizer, police, medical and rescue service. At the same time, using headphones takes away from the atmosphere created by runners, spectators and the accompanying programme prepared for participants.
Protests
Protests must be submitted verbally to the chief referee no later than 30 minutes after the publication of the results.
An appeal against the decision of the chief referee, accompanied by a deposit of €20, must be submitted in writing to the jury no later than 30 minutes after the official announcement of the chief referee’s decision.
The organizer BE COOL, s.r.o. reserves the right, depending on circumstances, to amend and further specify certain information stated in these propositions or organizational instructions. The organizer BE COOL, s.r.o. also reserves the right to cancel or interrupt the event, or any of its disciplines, in the event of serious danger, including but not limited to war, adverse weather conditions, the spread of an epidemic, the threat of terrorism or another attack endangering the safety of event participants, or other unforeseeable force majeure events and circumstances.
In such a case, the runner is not entitled to a refund of the entry fee, or any part thereof, as the organizer has already incurred costs related to the preparation of the event before the moment of interruption or cancellation. However, after considering all circumstances and calculating the costs associated with the preparation of the event, the organizer may compensate the runner for part of the entry fee.
Before the event, the organizer will publish a manual and rules for participation and conduct at the event for runners, the organizing team and spectators, in accordance with the relevant epidemiological and hygiene rules.
