Dear running friends,

Telekom Night Run Bratislava is a run meant to be fully enjoyed. To help you reach the finish line with a smile on your face, please pay attention to the following sections of the course:

  • After the start, behind Šafárik Square, we will be running along Vajanského embankment in the middle section between the cycle lanes. Please avoid entering the cycle lanes and watch out for the dividing concrete barriers.
  • At around the 1 km mark, there are two small islands in the middle of the course, which will be flagged by the organizers. It’s important to run around them.
  • At the Slovak National Gallery (SNG), move into the right lane heading towards SNP Bridge and stay in it until you enter the tunnel under the castle. In this section, run outside of the tram tracks.
  • In the tunnel, don’t be alarmed by the damp air and slight stuffiness. During the 800-meter tunnel run, you will be gradually going uphill.
  • After exiting the tunnel, continue on the tram tracks until you reach SNP Square, where you will turn right towards Primaciálne Square near the “post office.”
  • At SNP Square, stay on the road as you descend and follow traffic signs and organizer instructions. Trams will still be running through the square, albeit with reduced speed and in limited numbers.
  • In the city center, be cautious of poles and cobblestones to avoid tripping.
  • After the turn on Mostová Street (5 km), participants in the “Mattoni Relay Run” should move to the right side of the track to facilitate the relay handover at E. Suchoň Square.
  • On Štúrova Street, run exclusively on the road. Trams heading towards Petržalka will still be operating at a reduced speed – please stay off the tram tracks.
  • When descending from the Old Bridge to the Petržalka side, before the intersection (Krasovského/Viedenská), there are poles – be extra cautious here.
  • Upon entering Janko Kráľ Park, there are more poles, which will be marked, but please be careful. The same goes for descending into the final stretch from the Old Bridge, approximately 400 meters before the finish line.

Enjoy the run!
