We’ve prepared this post for you, where we’ll remind you of some basic organizational information.

Presentation (picking up your start package)

Presentation (picking up the starting package/number) will take place in our organizational tent on M.R. Štefánik Square in Eurovea at the following times:

  • Friday, 22nd September 2023: 12:00 – 19:00
  • Saturday, 23rd September 2023: 08:00 – 13:00 (at the latest 1 hour before your start, but we recommend coming earlier to avoid unnecessary stress)

You can also collect the starting package for your friend; just make sure you have an emailed confirmation of her registration/order ready.

Start and starting corridors

Both disciplines will start in waves to make the start as comfortable as possible for you. Our main concern is your safety, the smooth flow of the run, and enough space on the track for you and your fellow runners.

You could choose your starting wave during the registration based on your estimated finishing time as follows:
4 km (including Mother-Daughter Run):

  • A, 10:00: Over 29 min
  • B, 10:40: 26 – 29 min
  • C, 11:20: 24 – 26 min
  • D, 12:00: Less than 24 minutes + Nordic walking

10 km :

  • 14:00: under 60 minutes
  • 14:15: over 60 minutes

Did you not select a corridor during the registration? No worries! You can choose one of the available corridors during the presentation. Information about whether and which corridor you selected can be found in the order confirmation (please note it’s not in the registration confirmation). If it’s not listed there, you didn’t choose one. Has your running pace changed since you registered? No worries! You can start in your chosen corridor even if you’ll be slower or faster. Just enjoy it!

The entrance to the corridor is indicated on the map below. After the start of the wave A (10:00), runners from wave B will gradually proceed to the “warm-up koridor” with sufficient time before the start of the wave B (10:40). Runners from A, upon finishing at the finish line, exit at the “výstup koridor” where they can get refreshments. After the last runner from A finishes, runners starting in wave B will move to the “pink corridor – štartový koridor”. Please follow the organizer’s instructions.

The same applies to waves C and D – first entry into the “warm-up corridor,” and after the runners from the previous wave finish, will line up in the pink starting corridor.

Runners in the 10 km race will line up in the starting corridor gradually. First, the runners starting at 2:00 PM, and after the first wave starts, the runners starting at 2:15 PM will go to the pink corridor.

Changing room and storage room

The changing room and personal belongings storage room on the day of the event will open at 9:00 AM. Please note the change of location compared to previous years of the event:

The technical facilities for the event will be located in the outdoor area between the Slovak National Theatre (SND) and Panorama City building (the same location as two weeks ago at the Telekom Night Run Bratislava). At this location, there will be changing room, personal belongings storage, and toilets available. (Additional toilets are also available directly in Eurovea.) Showers will not be available.
